PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent e-mail relating to a project and an attached file from being disclosed to persons other than authorized project persons by careless transfer of the e-mail. SOLUTION: A mail transmission destination limiting means 111d attaches mail transmission destination limitation information for limiting a transfer destination of e-mail to the authorized project persons relating to the project to the e-mail on the basis of contents of an authorized project person table 121b (registering a project ID of the project, and information of the authorized project persons) when a received e-mail is e-mail relating to the project. A mail transfer requesting means 112c judges whether to be transferrable on the basis of a requested transfer destination and the mail transmission destination limitation information, and transfers the e-mail to a transfer destination when it is judged to be transferrable in the case that there is a transfer request for the e-mail with the mail transmission destination limitation information attached.
