PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To centrally manage equipment even when a controlled device belonging to a control system having communication protocol and instruction command system different from those of a central management device is connected through a channel without requiring any consideration on the central management device side. SOLUTION: A refrigerator adapter 5 transmits a command for setting control parameters to refrigerators 6A1 and 6A2, receives a response to the setting command from a controlled apparatus, determines whether the control parameters can be set or not based on the state of response, and stores control parameters which satisfy predetermined conditions more.
