NEW PYRROLE DERIVATIVE WITH UREIDO GROUP AND AMINOCARBONYL GROUP AS SUBSTITUENTS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new compound inhibiting IL-6 production, thus useful as a prophylactic or curative agent for diseases in which IL-6 is deemed to be involved, and to provide a pharmaceutical composition containing the above compound. SOLUTION: The new compound is represented by general formula (1) [wherein, ring A is a benzene ring or the like; R1is H, a halogen atom, a lower alkyl group or the like; R2is a halogen atom, (substituted) lower alkyl group, a lower alkenyl group, a (substituted) lower alkynyl group, a lower cycloalkyl group, an aryl group, a hydroxy group, a (substituted) lower alkoxy group or the like; and n is 0, 1, 2, 3 or the like]. Salts of this new compound are also provided. The pharmaceutical composition contains the above new compound. This pharmaceutical composition is useful for preventing/treating eye inflammatory diseases (especially, aging-associated macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, diabetic macular edema, keratitis, conjunctivitis or uveitis) and retinal diseases (especially, aging-associated macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy or diabetic macular edema).
