PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative material that achieves further improvement in expression of a three-dimensional appearance at lower costs without requiring a complicated structure and a complicated manufacturing method in the decorative material that three-dimensionally expresses recesses and protrusions by means of a difference in the state of luster of the surface. SOLUTION: The decorative material 1 is provided with a base material 2, a solid concealing layer 3 provided on the base material 2, a design pattern 4 provided on the solid concealing layer 3 so as to correspond to the expression region 9 of the recessed parts or the protruding parts, a first luster adjusting layer 5 covering the design pattern 4 and the solid concealing layer 3 so as to adjust the luster state, a gradation region 7 that gives stepwise gradation to the luster state near the contour of the design pattern 4 except a part immediately above the design pattern 4, and a second luster adjusting layer 6 provided on the first luster adjusting layer 5 in the luster state different from that of the first luster adjusting layer. The gradation region 7 in the second luster adjusting layer 6 is configured so that gradation is not provided from the interface 6a on the first luster adjusting layer 5 side toward the surface 6b side up to the position 6c that is 20% of the thickness T6 of the second luster adjusting layer 6.
