PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a laminated film capable of making prevention of light leakage to the outside compatible with good light reflection to the inside when built in as a base material of a window frame for a small-sized liquid display device, showing superior flexibility, and enabling small-sizing and thinning. SOLUTION: The laminated film comprises at least two layers including a light-reflecting layer (A) composed of a thermoplastic resin as a major component and a light-shading layer (B) wherein at least one outermost layer of the laminated film is constructed by the light-reflecting layer (A) showing light reflectivity of not less than 80% at a wavelength of 560 nm; the light-shading layer (B) contains at least a carbon black particle and is not more than 50μm thick; and the laminated film is not more than 100μm thick and shows an optical concentration of not less than 4.
