PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To weld fiber plates in which different resins are mixed without generation of thermal strain. SOLUTION: A method of welding fiber plates comprises preparing fiber plates from waste textile products, applying a heat-generating material to welding parts of the fiber plates, laminating the fiber plates or attaching rib strips temporarily, promoting inside heating of the heat-generating material by laying in a high-frequency electric field so as to soften or melt the fiber plates indirectly and pressure-molding. The heat-generating material is e.g. an aqueous solution of glycerol having a high dielectric loss factor and is made to permeate into granular or fibrous wood waste under vacuum decompression so as to permeate into the central part of the pieces of the waste.
