PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate composed of a polyvinyl alcohol which can be simply manufactured. SOLUTION: This laminate is obtained by superposing a polyvinyl alcohol composition layer on a support, and the composition layer is formed by applying and drying an aqueous polyvinyl alcohol solution containing inorganic salt. The inorganic salt is water-soluble and can contain water of crystallization. This laminate is composed of not less than two laminated polyvinyl alcohol composition layers, each varying in the inorganic salt concentration.
