PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mahjong pinball machine which achieves new playing potentialities and improved strategic performances for mahjong games. SOLUTION: The mahjong pinball machine includes: a game board with ball entry ports arranged according to symbols of tiles of many kinds; an operation means for a tile to be drawn; and an operation means for a tile to be discarded, wherein the game machine puts out the number of game media set for each winning combination when the combination of symbols of a hand is completed to match the combination of the symbols in the preset winning combination. A number of game balls addition/subtraction means is so arranged as to add or subtract the number of game balls usable for the operation for the tile to be drawn in the game involved when the prescribed requirements are satisfied during the game.
