<p>A method of counting single board reliability index, the device and the system as the same. The method includes : obtaining the single board running time information stored on the storage unit, in which the time information is the information that is obtained after counting the time in allusion to the time representing the single board running situation; calculating the reliability index when the single board is running, according to the time information. By using the solution, it can reduce the situation that the statistical time information has the more wrap caused by the artificial disturbance, and improve the accuracy and efficiency to the reliability index statistics of the single board; and it has the lower cost, realizes easily.</p> |
