<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the strength of a cage without deteriorating the load capacity of a roller bearing while suppressing increase in the weight of the cage. <P>SOLUTION: By reinforcing roller guide faces 42a, 44a, 46a by a thick part 49, the strength of the cage 40 can be enhanced while suppressing an increase in weight to the minimum.
