<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advertisement distribution device capable of enhancing an advertising effect when distributing audio data of a radio program or the like via a network. <P>SOLUTION: Audio data of voice input to a microphone 11 is output from a network radio server 3 to an advertisement distribution server 5. In the advertisement distribution server 5, the input audio data is made into text data by voice recognition, and a keyword is extracted from the text data.
