SOLUTION: The intraluminal medical device 100 includes combination elements 114 combined with adjacent hoop components 106 in the major axis direction, can be provided with a segment exhibiting relatively greater axial flexibility and/or exhibiting relatively greater axial stiffness by operating the number of combination elements, positions, and parameters in design, and exhibits various grades of flexibility around the intraluminal medical device.
