<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that conventional multiprocessor systems cannot change access rights to shared resources flexibly. <P>SOLUTION: A multiprocessor system has a first processor element PE-A and a second processor element PE-B, which execute programs independently.
