PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera which acquires information in atmosphere at a camera position from an external apparatus. SOLUTION: The camera 10 is provided with a measuring means 108, 114 which acquire information which show a self position, a communication means 116 which performs communication with the external apparatus, and an control means 108 which respectively control the measuring means 108, 114 and the communication means 116 so as to obtain information in the atmosphere at the self position from the external apparatus.
