PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk device in which a work process when a clamper is attached to a supporting member is reduced while simplified, further work efficiency is improved. SOLUTION: In the disk device provided with a clamp mechanism clamping a disk loaded into a main body 1 by a turntable 21 and a clamper 19 opposing to this turntable 21, this clamp mechanism is provided with a clamper holder 18 supporting the clamper 19 freely rotatably, the clamper 19 is provided with a first clamper member 130 abutted to the disk, and a flange 142 provided being energized by a spring at this first clamper member 130.
