PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly-reliable vibration sensor having improved movable performance of a weight. SOLUTION: The weight 4 loaded with a spring 2 and a magnet 3 is inserted and arranged into a groove part 1a of a case 1, and a lid 6 and a wiring board 8 loaded with a magnetometric sensor 7 are placed thereon through a packing. The weight 4 which is slidable inside the groove part 1a of the case 1 has a constitution provided with a through-hole 4a as a ventilation passage through which gas can be moved. Sliding operation of the weight 4 can be smoothed, while keeping necessary fitting, by using the through-hole 4a as the ventilation passage. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
