PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably produce polymer fine particles of nanometer size being excellent in monodispersity, and to enable flexible countermeasures to compounding conditions (such as different flow ratios of reaction solutions to be mixed), and further to enable to deal with the treatment of a high production amount. SOLUTION: This production method of polymer fine particles comprises mixing a polymer solution B formed by dissolving a polymer in a solvent readily dissolving the polymer with a polymer solution A containing a solvent slightly dissolving the polymer lower in polymer solubility than that of the solvent readily dissolving the polymer, to deposit the polymer fine particles by altering the solubility of the polymer solution B, wherein the mixing of two or more solutions is conducted inside a micro-channel, and the solvent readily dissolving the polymer is a solvent compatible with the solvent slightly dissolving the polymer.
