PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall paper sheet, which has a high antifouling property against an aqueous pollution substance and a high uniform foamability; to provide a method of manufacturing the sheet; and to provide a plastisol composition for use in the wall paper sheet. SOLUTION: The wall paper sheet, containing a plasticizer, which is 40 to 60 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of a vinyl chloride polymer, and foamed and embossed, employs a vinyl chloride plastisol composition, wherein 50 to 100% by weight of the plasticizer is alkylsulfonic acid phenyl ester. The method according to present invention comprises the steps of: coating a sheet of paper with the vinyl chloride plastisol composition with a predetermined thickness to obtain a raw fabric by heating; printing the raw fabric, if needed, and then heating it to obtain a primary foam sheet; and heating and embossing the primary foam sheet.
