PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel oil composition preferably used in winter. SOLUTION: The fuel oil composition is characterized in that a constant temperature index X represented by the following formula: X=(3×A+B)×(100-C)÷100-30 is -8 or less when normal paraffin amount in the fuel oil is made to be A (mass%), one-branched iso-paraffin amount is made to be B (mass%) and an aromatic amount is made to be C (mass%), in a range of 21-30C.
