PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a terminal device of a vehicle AC generator which can easily be adapted to connectors at sides of a wide variety of vehicles, is low in cost, and high in reliability. SOLUTION: The terminal device includes: a common base terminal group 100A1 having a plurality of terminals such as a brush terminal F, an earth terminal E, and a battery terminal B; and an external connector terminal 200A1 which has connecting terminals L1, RC and A being a connector part connectable with an external device at its end, and in which a plurality of individual connector terminals having connecting terminal parts connected to a regulator circuit are formed by being integrated by pre-molding at their terminals. The brush holder, an accommodation part for accommodating a circuit board of a regulator, a holding part for holding the common base terminal group and the external connector terminal, and the connector part of the external connector terminal are integrated by arranging the external connector terminal in a prescribed position of the common base terminal group, and by integrally molding the common base terminal group and the external connector terminal with resin.
