PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent throughput from being reduced when the number of channels capable of notifying a radio base station about channel (band) quality information from a radio communication terminal is limited. SOLUTION: A radio communication terminal 100 selects bands as many as the number of bands capable of notifying a radio base station 200 about band quality information in accordance with a determined band selecting method and notifies the radio base station 200 about the band quality information of the selected bands and the determined band selecting method. In accordance with the notified band quality information and band selecting method, the radio base station 200 judges band quality information of bands of which the band quality information is not notified. When the notified band selecting method is a low-order selection method of selecting bands in order from lowest band quality information, the radio base station 200 judges that the band quality information of bands of which the band quality information is not notified is a peak value or higher among the notified band quality information.
