摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state laser device that obtains a second harmonic laser beam with high conversion efficiency from an incident laser beam. SOLUTION: A solid-state laser device 1 includes a laser medium 6 to generate a fundamental wave laser beam by excitation with a laser beam outgoing from a semiconductor laser 2, an optics element 7 where a flat convex lens 7A for collecting the fundamental wave laser beam is formed on one surface and a flat convex lens 7B for converting the fundamental wave laser beam collected by the flat convex lens 7A into a parallel laser beam with a diameter smaller than that of the fundamental wave laser beam is formed on the other surface, a nonlinear optics element 8 to generate the second harmonics laser beam from the fundamental wave laser beam converted into the parallel laser beam with a diameter smaller than that of the fundamental wave laser beam by the flat convex lens 7B, and a pair of reflective mirrors 9A, 9B that are formed on the incident surface of the laser beam on the laser medium 6 and the outgoing surface of the second harmonics laser beam on the nonlinear optics element 8, respectively.
