PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition capable of obtaining a cured product (cured coating film) having excellent heat conductivity. SOLUTION: A radical polymer of the present invention has a mesogenic group which is located at a terminal of at least part of the side chains of a polymer containing no aromatic group in its main chain and at a position far from the main chain by 6 atoms or more.
