PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new photo-setting composition suitable as a raw material for a light-controlling membrane and to provide a light-controlling membrane produced by curing the photo-setting composition. SOLUTION: The photo-setting composition is produced by using (A) a bisphenol F compound having a polymerizable carbon-carbon double bond in the molecule and (B) a cationic polymerizable compound having a refractive index different from that of the bisphenol F compound (A) as polymerizable compounds and compounding the polymerizable compounds with (C) a photo-cationic polymerization initiator.
