PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition with a thiomorpholine compound having high tachykinin receptor antagonistic activity as an active ingredient. SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical composition contains, as the active ingredient, a thiomorpholine compound of general formula [1] or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof. This pharmaceutical composition is effective as a prophylactic or curative agent for diseases selected from inflammation, allergic diseases, pain, migraine, neuralgia, pruritus, cough, central nervous system disorders, digestive system diseases, nausea, vomiting, miction abnormality, circulatory system diseases and immunopathy.
