PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic containing organic fine particles which has solved the current shortcomings. SOLUTION: In a cosmetic which includes a functional component and/or a designing component, and contains polyurethane gelled particles, this cosmetic contains polyurethane gelled particles which are prepared by copolymerization of a polyisocyanate of which at least either one of its component is not less than trifunctional and a compound having an active hydrogen group in its molecule, and the surface of the three-dimensionally crosslinked polyurethane gelled particle is coated with polyurea colloid particles precipitated from a polyurea colloid nonaqueous solvent solution.
