PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pack agent composition easily obtaining the same effects as a seaweed pack, causing no allergy on human and requiring no warming with a heat mat or a far-infrared dome sauna. SOLUTION: The pack agent composition comprises a green algae fossil powder and, if required, the composition further contains a thickener and a pH regulator.
