PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headrest case capable of improving the assembly property of connection of a case member with a supporting member capable of opening and closing an opening of the case member even when this headrest case is provided with a locking mechanism for locking and connecting both of these members mutually. SOLUTION: This headrest case is provided with the locking mechanism composed of the case member 10 and the supporting member 20 opening and closing the opening of the case member 10 to lock and connect both of these members 10, 20 mutually. The locking mechanism is composed of a locking piece 13 provided protrudedly at a fringe of the case member 10 and a nipping and holding body composed of a piece 21 to be locked provided protrudedly to nip the locking piece 13 into a fringe of the supporting member 20 and a guide piece 23. A locking claw 13a is formed on the locking piece 13, and a locking hole 21a capable of locking the locking claw 13a is formed in the piece 21 to be locked of the nipping and holding body.
