PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporter and a pneumatic tire capable of considerably improving working efficiency when a rim is assembled or disassembled. SOLUTION: The supporter has an anti-skid part (preferably, unevenness of a groove, a hole, a roughened surface or the like, or adhesion with adhesiveness) at a part in contact with a pneumatic tire on the dropping side to a rim drop part of a leg part during a rim assembly work or a rim disassembly work. The pneumatic tire has an anti-skid part (preferably, unevenness of a groove, a hole, a roughened surface or the like, or adhesion with adhesiveness) at a part in contact with a leg on the dropping side to the rim drop part during a rim assembly work or a rim disassembly work.
