PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical shaping method for forming different film thicknesses in one cured layer. SOLUTION: In the optical shaping method, an optically curable composition solution is irradiated selectively with light to form cured layers, and the cured layers are stacked in turn to form a three-dimensional model, a light-irradiation time for forming one cured layer is divided into a plurality of time intervals, and the reflection direction of a digital mirror device (DMD) 2 carrying out light-irradiation at each time interval is adjusted. By adjusting the reflection direction of the DMD 2 at each time interval, regions of different amounts of radiated light are set to form different film thicknesses in the cured layer.
