PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long shape bending apparatus capable of bending even a highly rigid shape by reducing the size of the device and the occupied area required for installation. SOLUTION: Both ends of a shape W are held by end lower dies 9, 10 and end upper dies 31, 32. A bending part W1 of the shape W is pressed by a center lower die 8 to bend the shape W with the tensile stresses being generated therein, and any buckling deformation caused by the compressive stresses is prevented.
