The device (1) has a guiding rail (10) for guiding an actuator that is couplable with a window lifter. A mounting part (20) is connected with a motor vehicle door, and connecting sections (11) stay in an effective connection with the guiding rail of the window lifter in a single piece. The connecting sections stand in direct contact with each other for forming a rotatable joint, where the connecting sections are upper or lower end section of the guiding rail. The mounting part includes a borehole (24) for supporting the connecting sections in a swivelable manner. An independent claim is also included for a method for producing a mounting device for a window lifter designed for lowering and raising the window panel in a motor vehicle.
