The element i.e. telescopic element (16), has a plug (22) and a socket (23) for connection with a hydraulic system. A hydraulic length (LH) of the element between the plug and the socket is changeable. A fixing unit (21) fixes telescopic cylinder (17) opposite to a telescope piston (18). A seal is arranged between the telescopic cylinder and the telescope piston. The hydraulic length is matched with a geometrical length of the flow element or linearly linked with the geometrical length.
