The device (10) has a connection piece (14) for producing an electrical connection, and a compression spring (34), which forces one of its end against a pressure pad (26), in order to press a section of another pressure pad (28) in the direction against a side of connection piece. The compression spring forces its other end against a clamping frame (30) in order to press a section (32) of the clamping frame in the direction against another side of the compression spring. A cam is formed at an operation rotor (40) for rotating the rotor on the frame and/or the pressure pad (26).
