A tip of an electrical contactor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve scrubbing characteristics of the tip by forming cornered edges on the electrical contactor. A tip(100) of an electrical contactor includes a support unit(110), a body unit(120), and a contactor(130). The support unit has a quadrangular pyramid like shape. The body unit has a rectangular prism like shape and is mounted on the support unit. The contactor has the quadrangular pyramid like shape and is mounted on the body unit. An upper size of the support unit, a cross-section of the body unit, and a lower size of the contacted are mounted to be the same as each other. The support unit, the body unit, and the contactor contain a metal material. |
