A system and a method for correlating messages within a wireless transaction are provided to economize the network capacity by constituting the message identifier field through combination of the transaction identifier and the message index, and to improve the communication capability under the asynchronous communication system environment. A process for generating a transaction identifier equal to the related messages by an generating transaction identifier is performed. A process for adding a message index corresponding to the message number within the wireless transaction by a message index addition is performed. The transaction identifier and the message index form the peculiar message identifier of individual message within the wireless transaction. A process for inserting the index for identifying the transaction type within the peculiar message identifier is performed. A process for substituting the message index with the transaction type index within the first message of the transaction is performed. The peculiar message identifier is peculiar for the whole range, and includes the arbitrary one among the carrier region, apparatus, server, service or the channel. The message identifier is identical to related messages.
