<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform effective disinfection and deodorization by spreading a charged particulate liquid, emitted into a toilet bowl from an electrostatic atomizer, over detailed areas in the toilet bowl in such a manner as to make the charged particulate liquid ride on a flow for diffusion, formed separately from a flow in emission from the electrostatic atomizer. <P>SOLUTION: This electrostatic atomizer 1, which is installed in the bowl-shaped toilet bowl 20, generates the charged particulate liquid by applying a high voltage to an atomization electrode for retaining the atomized liquid, and ejects it into the toilet bowl 20. The electrostatic atomizer 1 is equipped with a blower 1b for diffusing the charged particulate liquid into the toilet bowl 20 by generating a flow whirling in the toilet bowl 20 and making the charged particulate liquid ride on the flow. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
