PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely detect a steering angle with a simple configuration in a steer-by-wire type vehicular control device. SOLUTION: The vehicular control device 1 counts rotation detection signals Aw, Bw output from a first encoder 13 along with rotation of a steering wheel 2 to detect the steering angle. The first encoder 13 outputs a neutral point position signal Zw once in one rotation of the first encoder 13 and forms a reset signal by using logical multiply of the neutral point position signal Zw and either of signals I1, G1.
