PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum-like extruding material having fine stripes similar to aluminum die mark by co-extruding a smooth skin of a styrene type resin on a resin base of a vinyl chloride type resin. SOLUTION: Ditches of fine stripes having a shape of a reverse triangle anchor 23 and a plain surface 24 in front thereof 24 are set forth on a molding surface 22 of a resin skin 11, and fine projects 12 having a shape of stripe is formed on a surface of the resin skin 11 upon co-extrusion so as to make the surface smooth by the plain surface 24. So that the fine projects12 having a shape of stripe creeps into the inner parts of thick material of the resin skin 11 or bite into the resin base 10 upon passing through fine ditches 23 having a stripe shape or the plain surface 24 they precipitate in the resin extruding material A and fine stripe patterns by the fine projects 12 having a shape of stripe are expressed on a surface. When an aluminum electrolyte color is selected, each fine ditches 23 are formed into three lines of the expressed patterns and the resin extruding material A having an appearance and a quality same as aluminum-extruding material can be obtained by using excellent adiabatic property.
