PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of estimating a traveling time, a navigation device, and a program, for more accurately estimating traveling time taken for an automobile to arrive at a destination point. SOLUTION: In the navigation device 1, a speed parameter corresponding to an average speed of the automobile (movable body) traveling various roads is stored in a storage part 14 in relation to the kind of each road. In this navigation device 1, each time the automobile travels an actual road, traveling time required for the automobile to travel the road is measured to calculate a traveling speed parameter corresponding to an average speed of the automobile having traveled the road, and the speed parameter related to the kind of the road and the calculated speed parameter are averaged to adjust the speed parameter.
