PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server and a group information distributing method such that mobile devices which had PoC communication can share group information. SOLUTION: A communication control server 20 performs communication control to enable a plurality of mobile devices 11 to 15 to have speech communication. Then a group information generating unit 25 generates group information including identification information showing the plurality of communication terminals which had communication, and a communication processing unit 26 can distribute the generated group information to the communication terminals designated with the group information. Thus, group information based upon a history of speech communication is generated, and respective communication terminals can register the group information and share the group information so that operability of the communication terminals can be improved.
