PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a time constant circuit whose time constant can be set minutely, without increasing the number of resistors and capacitors and additionally, the time constants in charging and discharging of a capacitor can be set separately. SOLUTION: When an input signal Vin is supplied to a differential amplifier 11 in a signal input section 1, a capacitor 2 charges at a time constant, based on the values of a charge control signal Vc input to a charging controller 3 and of a discharging control signal Vd input to a discharge controller 4.
