PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency filter having a stable filter characteristic. SOLUTION: The high frequency filer is provided with first and second reference electrodes, a dielectric arranged between the first and second reference electrodes, and first, second and third resonance electrodes provided in the dielectric, wherein the first, second and third resonance electrodes are arranged on different layers, and the second resonance electrode is arranged between the first resonance electrode and the third resonance electrode when cross-sectionally viewed, and the first resonance electrode and the third resonance electrode are separated from each other and portions of the first and third resonance electrodes respectively overlap a portion of the second resonance electrode when planarly viewed.
