PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data communication apparatus easily performing observation for time waves of a transmission data signal adopting a start-stop synchronization method. SOLUTION: A transmission data sequence transceiver 100 appends a start bit and a stop bit indicative of partition before and after each data sequence divided in units of predetermined number of bits, and generates a transmission data sequence, at the time of transmission of the transmission data sequence. An XOR circuit 175 transmits a binary data signal corresponding to each bit of the transmission data sequence. A high-frequency signal generator 173 generates a high-frequency signal in response to acquisition of a predetermined instruction by an instruction acquiring portion 172. A start/stop bit counter value decoder 171 detects a zone corresponding to bits appended by the transmission data sequence transceiver 100 for the data signal. A NAND circuit 174 and the XOR circuit 175 replace a data signal of the zone with the high-frequency signal and transmit it. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
