PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressor displacement control operation mechanism allowing displacement control of a compressor in the same manner as a mechanism using two two-way valves while preventing cost increase, and an air conditioning device provided with same. SOLUTION: A compressor displacement control operation circuit 35 is provided with a pilot valve 90 for a four-way selector valve including four connection fine pipes 93a-93d, a suction branch pipe 87, an intermediate pipe 88, a delivery branch pipe 89. The suction branch pipe 87 is connected to a first fine pipe 93a which is one of the four connection fine pipes and is a pipe of a larger diameter than that of the first connection fine pipe 93a branched off of a suction pipe 22 of a compressor 22. The intermediate pipe 88 is connected to the second fine pipe 93b which is one of the four connection fine pipes and is a pipe of a larger diameter than that of the second connection fine pipe 93b connected to a cylinder center part 79 of the compressor 22. The delivery branch pipe 89 is connected to the third fine pipe 93c which is one of the four connection fine pipes and is a pipe of a larger diameter than that of the third connection fine pipe 93c branched off of a delivery pipe 30 of the compressor 22.
