PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce man-hours of assembling steps of one-way clutch and to reduce the number of parts. SOLUTION: In the one-way clutch comprising a bearing part 5 for supporting an outer ring 1 and an inner ring 2 so as to be rotated around a shaft; a plurality of sprags 3 arranged between the outer ring 1 and the inner ring 2; a retainer 4 for retaining the respective sprags 3; and an elastic member 6 for urging the respective sprags 3, the bearing part 5 is only arranged at one end in an axial direction of the outer ring 1 and the inner ring 2, and a plurality of cylinder rollers 10 retained by the retainer 4 are arranged at the other end side in an axial direction of the engagement element 3. According to this, even if one of the bearing part 5 is canceled, operation of the one-way clutch cannot be inhibited relative to radial load and moment load applied to the outer ring 1 and the inner ring 2, and the number of parts and the man-hour of the assembling steps can be reduced.
