PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce resonance sound by reducing amplitude by resonance, by increasing rigidity between a boss and a ring of a blade. SOLUTION: This fan 10 can increase the rigidity between the first ring 21 and boss 19 of the blade 20, by arranging a second ring 22 concentric with the boss 19 between the first ring 21 and the boss 19 of the blade 20.
