PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot and cold water mixture faucet device which is formed in a state where a water-discharge part including a water-discharge port is extended from the upper end of a faucet body in the nearly horizontal direction, and which enables a user to easily make a visual identification of temperature indication regardless of the operation of an operating lever. SOLUTION: The hot and cold water mixture faucet device consists of a hot and cold water mixture valve unit, the faucet body, the water-discharge part, and the operating lever. The hot and cold water mixture valve unit is provided with an operating rod which changes the hot and cold water mixture ratio and the amount of discharged water. A valve-unit housing concavity which receives the hot and cold water mixture valve unit is formed at the upper end of the faucet body, and the water-discharge part extended from the upper end of the faucet body in the nearly horizontal direction has the water-discharge port. Then the operating lever is connected to the operating rod. The operating lever has a skirt part and a covering member. The skirt part covers the opening of the upper end of the valve-unit housing concavity, and the covering member is attached to the opening of the upper end of the valve-unit housing concavity. Then an index part and a covering member fixation means are formed in the covering member. The index part is provided with temperature indication, and the covering member fixation means performs the positioning and fixation of a rotating position with respect to the faucet body.
