PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly assemble a fuel shut-off valve 10 by a simple structure. SOLUTION: The fuel shut-off valve 10 is equipped with a casing 20, and a float 61. The casing 20 is equipped with a casing body 30, a lower cover 35, a case inner element 40, and an upper cover 50. The case inner element 40 is equipped with an inner case side coupling portion 43 having a first inner case regulating portion 43a and a second inner case regulating portion 43b on an outer peripheral portion thereof. The lower cover 35 has a fitting recess 39c, and a lower cover regulating portion 39e. The casing body 30 has a main body side regulating portion 33b on a lower part thereof. The inner case side coupling portion 43 is fitted with the fitting recess 39c, and the first inner case regulating portion 43a is engaged with the lower cover regulating portion 39e, thereby preventing the case inner element 40 from rotating in the circumferential direction with respect to the lower cover 35. The main body side regulating portion 33b is engaged with the second inner case regulating portion 43b so that the case inner element 40 positions the casing main body 30.
