The instrument has a water-bearing components formed of non-conductive materials, and isolated against instrument housing (1) and an outlet (2). The housing contains a water-bearing instrument body (7) on a side facing a washstand. The instrument body is made of brass, and is provided with a casing made of plastic. The body includes a mounting hole (75) for accommodating a magnetic valve (5). A nozzle is connected with an outlet hole (74) of the body by a pipe (22). A pipe fitting (23) is arranged between the nozzle and the pipe.
